**F&B Supervisor**

As our incredible, historic business continues to go from strength to strength, we are now looking to expand our leadership team for the Food and Beverage department. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will need to be passionate about service and delivering good-quality food, making sure that your team are confident, knowledgeable and engaged. With two dining outlets, this is a varied, challenging and career enhancing role that will play to your strengths and future aspirations with diversity and experience of multiple dining occasions. During the daytime, The Tavern is our fast-paced dining area, serving delicious food and drinks inside, and outside in the courtyard. In the evenings the mood is transformed into a relaxing bistro-style atmosphere. Upstairs, The Chapel is our destination restaurant that offers our guests the chance to experience something truly special and memorable. Our vaulted ceilings and inspired displays create a fitting ambiance for the food, rivalling the best in Cornwall and beyond.

The key qualifications we need or prefer:

- At least 2 years guest facing in a high-quality restaurant environment
- Good written and verbal English
- PC and EPOS Literate
- Experience of working with high volume food and beverage outlets
- Experience of fine dining service
- Demonstrable employer loyalty
