Pizza Maker

We are a traditional pizzeria and Neapolitan eatery based in East Sussex, serving authentic Neapolitan food in our eight restaurants and are looking for great people to join us.

Its all about the Pizza and just like in Naples our dough is freshly made centrally to keep the dough consistent, using Italian high quality ingredients. We are looking for a Pizza maker/2nd Pizzaiolo/Pizzaiolo/ Assistant to Pizzaiolo, this is a role is for an individual that has a good level of skills in the hand stretching of dough and able to build and cook Pizzas in our traditional Neapolitan gas ovens.
