**Days - Monday Friday 40 hrs - up to £29,000 per annum**

OR

**Shift Rotation 0600-1500 / 1400-2300 / 2200-0700 up to £33,000 per annum**

Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a **Critical** contract based in Dudley,

The Maintenance Electrician will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks and small electrical installations. They must have a full working knowledge of HVAC building services, water treatment, BMS systems etc.

**Duties for the Maintenance Electrician**
- Work on PPMS reactive calls issued by the helpdesk
- Good understanding of BMS controls, emergency lighting, fire alarms
- Experience on Air Handling units, VAV units heating and temperature control
- Electrical fault finding
- Handling/ maintaining Generators
- Flexible working hours and being on call
- Previous experience on fire dampers and fire curtains
- Computer literate

**Qualifications**:

- C&G PART 1 Electrical Installation
- C&G PART 2 Electrical Domestic
- C&G PART 3 Electrical Testing and Inspection
- 18th Edition Regs
