Project 1 Building Services Ltd are based in Eversholt near Milton Keynes. We offer reactive maintenance and also plan, design and build for domestic and commercial properties within surrounding counties and North London.

**The role will include**:
*
- Role involves carrying out building works combined with a Working Site Foreman role
- Reporting to the Contract director on daily productivity
- Driving a fast pace of high-quality work to schedule
- To lead by example maintaining positive relationships on-site
- Occasional weekend working may be necessary
- Working with the contract director to manage and coordinate sub-contractors direct labour, and material across assigned sites.

Oversee projects performed in partnership between one organization and another in the leisure industry and private school sector.
- Overseeing the work force on site.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Qualifications in one of the following trades; Carpentry, Plumbing, and a good knowledge of all trade.
- Strong customer skills.
- A good standard of administration as will need to report to office cost of materials and labour involved for potential further works.
- High standards of personal presentation with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Company vehicle, uniform, mobile telephone and fuel card will be provided.
