We are passionate about policing and those who work in it. Our values are based on promoting:

- Professional police skills and experience - using science to evaluate and develop best practice.

Our aim is to support the police in its mission to make individuals and communities safer and to make an effective contribution to help shape policing in the future. We operate internationally, where our programmes are founded on the principles of Sir Robert Peel’s community-lead policing model and underpinned by our commitment to Human Rights, Ethical policing practice and Diversity and Inclusion.

We combine the best of academic research and theory with policing operational expertise, so our clients benefit from programmes based on ‘real life’ policing, delivered by experts with the relevant experience.

In the UK, we deliver both Bachelors and Masters policing degree programmes through our partnership with the University of West London (UWL). We are also proud to support UWL in its delivery of the Metropolitan Police Service’s “Police Constable Degree Apprenticeships” and their
