**Company Overview**

Formed in 1971 Hygrade Industrial Plastics Limited has over 51 Years of global experience in the supply, design, fabrication and installation of fume scrubbing and Odour Control Systems and associated plant. Based at our offices with in-house production facility in Rugby, Warwickshire, ERG Hygrade Joined ERG Process Technologies in April 2025 and provides bespoke designed process plant and associated equipment to a varied spectrum of manufacturing or treatment facilities.

**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations, dimensions, and finish specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet or exceed all industry standards.
- Contribute as a member of the fabrication team, and assists colleagues in the delivery of fabrication tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in plastic process vessel fabrication is desirable.
- Knowledge of the appropriate standards and codes applicable to plastic vessel fabrication
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools essential for fabrication tasks.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabricating components.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
