Are you ready to step into a rewarding role where you can make a real impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals? At Secure24, we are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as a Mental Health Transport Technician.

You’ll be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of people facing some of their most challenging moments. As a Mental Health Transport Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the safe conveyance of individuals to and from healthcare settings. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, working to ensure the safety and comfort of service users who may be experiencing mental health crisis or challenging behaviours.

Our Mental Health Transport Technicians role is to keep our Service Users and the general public safe, guided by our 4 Key Principles:

We offer a comprehensive internal training programme which covers physical intervention training, first aid & online learning modules. Our Training Manager provides continual training throughout the year to ensure that all employees maintain the highest standard of training and skills for this role.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic for this rewarding role in the Mental Health Sector, showing compassion towards our Service Users.

Experience in a Hospital or Care setting is beneficial but not essential.

**You must hold a B Class driving licence, with no more than 6 points, with one year experience.**

The full-time salary starts at £11.62 per hour. There is an enhanced rate for night shifts. Successful completion of 6 month probation required.

Part-time roles are pro-rater depending on the number of shifts worked per week.

Shift pattern is on a 4 on, 4 off rolling rota basis. Overtime available and paid pro rata at enhanced rate, we do not bank hours.
