Executive Assistant to the Head of ESG, Quality & Training

Part-time, approx. 3 days per week, based at our Head Offices in Melton, Suffolk

As we continue to grow and develop our team, and focus heavily on achieving our ambitious Environmental Social Governance (ESG) strategy, we are looking for brilliant Executive Assistant to support our Head of ESG, Quality & Training.

This is a part-time role (ideally 3 days per week). Typical tasks my include:

- Administration and management of our Learning Management System (LMS) and organising training
- Maintain accurate reporting of training activities
- Promote and aid the wider business on ESG targets and activities
- Work closely with the Quality Data Analyst and HR team to achieve KPI’s
- Support our Apprenticeship Scheme with monthly reviews and liaise with relevant Line Managers to drive success
- Represent the Head of ESG, Quality & Training at key stakeholder meetings including, but not limited to, government departments, NGO’s, suppliers and agents
- Act and primary point of contact for approved training providers
- Well organised and able to successfully plan and organise training events
- Able to represent the Head of ESG, Quality & Training at meetings in order to deliver key updates and take detailed notes and minutes
- Proactive by nature, and able to undertake key tasks on behalf of the Head of ESG, Quality & Training to a high standard
- Passionate about keeping our values and vision at the heart of everything we do
- A collaborative and responsible member of the team, taking accountability for work
