**Cherry Professional** are excited to be partnering with an innovative **Nottinghamshire** based company that prides themselves on their welcoming team environment that feels like “a second family”.
The company are seeking an **Assistant Management Accountant** with prior experience to most **accounts** procedures, who is now seeking to work for a company they can settle in for the long term.
The successful applicant will also receive great exposure to **monthly management accounts** procedures, first learning off and receiving training from an experienced, supportive **Management Accountant** before getting to take onthe vast majority of the responsibilities.
After a couple months working in the office to help aid with training, there is also the option for almost completely remote working, whilst there is also the opportunity for occasional visits to the London based office.
Whilst it is not compulsory, prior experience of working in a **private practise** is desirable.
ROLE: **Assistant Management Accountant**
SALARY: £25,000
LOCATION: **Nottinghamshire**
THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Prepare **month end management accounts** for company directors and shareholders.
- Update Cash flows and Financial Forecasts on a weekly basis.
- Assisting the **Finance Director** with maintenance of the **accounting** systems.
- Updating and posting journals on behalf of clients.
- Management and reconciliation of multi-currency **accounts**.
- Whilst prior experience with all of the above isn’t critical, it is important that you are: _
- _Either an active **AAT** studier or fully **AAT qualified**.
- Have a couple years’ experience working on **accounts** procedures.
- An enthusiastic person with good interpersonal skills.
