About the role:
You will be a very strong character, used to dealing with sub-contractors and have experience of dealing with all aspects of a project.

You will need to have 1-3 years’ experience in:

- Supervising workers and subcontractors.
- Experience working on groundwork or landscaping projects, as well as good knowledge across both sectors.
- Experience in supervising works such as tree planting, vegetation clearance, fencing installation and ground prep
- Liaising with the Site and Project Manager on day to day progress
- Managing orders and deliveries.
- Organising staff work schedules.
- Ensuring work is carried out safely.
- Completing records for site reports.
- Confident communicator.
- Working under an NEC, JCLI and JCT contract

You will need to hold:

- SSSTS
- First Aid.
- CSCS card.
- Driving Licence (full/clean) & use of vehicle.

Previous landscaping or countryside management project experience would be desirable.

Overview:
£26,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
