Job description:
We are looking for an experiencedAccount Manager to join our team, based in Chiswick, West London.Youwill devote your time to renewals/account extensions across Market Segments (EMI,Corporate, Government)

Key Responsibilities
- Effectively managing a predefined list of existing (key) accounts to ensure 100% renewal is achieved.
- Cross selling and up selling the range of products and services available to the predefined list of existing accounts.
- Generating proposals, pricing and contract negotiation across all medical and security service solutions as per guidelines and assigned clients or prospects.
- Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure smooth, efficient and resilient client renewal process, onboarding of clients as well as QBR’s and client reporting.
- In conjunction with Operations, investigating and preparing draft responses to complaints handling and quality assurance events.
- Interfacing effectively with the Sales and Marketing, Operations, Billing, Commercial Desk, IT teams and other internal stakeholders in and outside of Europe to develop and maintain strong working relationships to support the efficient and effective managementof clients.
- Work in close conjunction with Group Cross Border and Market Segment Leaders to ensure global alignment on cross border strategy
- Drive the growth of cross border sales through proactive cooperation with other regions. Ensure recording of cross border activities on the CRM system
- Coordinate and drive the cross-regional account management globally for existing contracts
- Act as the central escalation point for key identified accounts
- Act in a manner that benefits the Intl.SOS Group first and foremost

Profile description:

- Experience in an operationally / commercially focused analytical and/or Customer Services role.
- Research experience valuable
- Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment including previous working experience selling to emerging markets.
- Successfully working with other functions such as Finance and Operations
- Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Strong planning and organization skills
