**About the role**:
You will lead the IT due diligence of potential acquisitions and the integration activity required to onboard acquired businesses, including employees and offices, and the migration of all client data onto Attivo technology systems.
You will be responsible for technology infrastructure changes, provision of new IT equipment, data migration of acquired business and support for acquired colleagues during this transition period.
You will need to manage challenges that present themselves while working to provide great service and mínimal disruption to all involved.
Continual improvement will be expected to reduce the time taken to onboard businesses, improve new colleague satisfaction with the experience and / or improve the quality of information captured.
You will hold a pivotal role for success within the acquisitions process for all the technical aspects. You will plan and manage the internal resources required to deliver the required result and ensure that 3rd parties are aligned and included as required throughout the process.
**About you**:
You have experience working in a similar role, or experience of leading and delivering Technology/IT projects. You have excellent problem solving skills and at your best under pressure and when faced with a tight deadlines.
You will not necessarily be the technical resource to deliver and implement technology changes from the integration plan, but will need to understand the technical requirements, changes and plan accordingly to ensure the integration is a success.
You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and are able to build successful working relationships with key stakeholders in a business, including those at a Senior level.
You will have Project or Change Management experience within IT or Technology or have supported with IT integration projects in your current role.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Responsible for the Technical integration process for all acquisition integrations.
- Responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery, and overall success of the IT process.
- Hardware, Software, Infrastructure, Network, Security and end user devices are all in scope of the role.
- Managing staff and external parties to delivery the required changes and updates as necessary.
- Appreciate and understand technical infrastructure and systems to support and advise the team.
- Act as a point of escalation for the technical staff, advising and directing in line with the agreed plan and blueprint.
- Design and formulate an integration plan based on the Due Diligence specifics of the acquisition, aligned to our blueprint wherever possible.
- Documented the process and procedures to deliver consistent results.
- Consider the BAU running of the business and impacts that system changes may introduce, ensuring integration is communicated and agreed with the IT Operations Manager.
- Maintaining clear communication with the wider acquisition team, working in conjunction with them to achieve set goals and timelines.
- Manage security appropriately ensuring the business is not left at risk throughout the process.
- Create and maintain IT documentation.
- Additional ad-hoc duties in line with the expectations of the role.
