**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Utilise Google Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to assist in various projects.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Maintain an organised office environment by ensuring that all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed, providing support in research and administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.

Pay: £22,917.00-£24,965.00 per year
