NTM-GB Ltd is a growing and ambitious company, which designs, manufactures, and sells Refuse Collection Vehicles both in the UK and Internationally. We are looking for a Stores Supervisor to join our Stores team at our site in Kidderminster.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Supervising, developing and supporting a small team to deliver all warehousing and stores activities, including but not limited to, goods in, goods out ,stock control, kit picking, sales orders, parts shortages. Leading by example is a prerequisite to this role
- Responding and dealing with internal customer requests for material movements and delivery around site
- Ensure all materials and parts movements are correctly recorded (in and out), whilst ensuring they are securely and efficiently stored
- Take responsibility for the monthly stock count process
- Highlighting inventory issues as and when they arise
- Closely working with the planning team to ensure material is available RFT
- Coordinate returns / defect materials and parts with the Quality Dept
- Lead by example and actively promoting first class customer service for all internal and external client dealings, enquiries and supplier relationships
- Maintain effective working relationships with other colleagues, and line managers, so that they are kept aware of new and changing requirements within the stores function
- Attend meetings as required
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment within the stores area for all employees, customers, clients and suppliers alike to whom have access
- Maintain a clean and tidy working space in the stores and yard areas
- Good time management and a flexible approach to working hours will be required
- Hands on support for forklift, deliveries, kit picking, goods in, when required

The salary is dependent on experience, but will include:
