**About the job**

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair within the Housekeeping Department, the Turndown Attendant is responsible for delivering smooth running of Housekeeping Operations.

**As Turndown Attendant, you will responsible for the following duties**:

- To perform all duties relating to the cleanliness, service and appearance of hotel rooms, corridors, storages, and public areas.
- To provide a high standard service to guests and residents, anticipating their needs whilst also complying with MOHG and LQA quality standards.
- To greet and welcome guests and residents in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
- To provide guests and residents with requested assistance at all times or ensuring that any request is communicated to the relevant department.
- To ensure a general knowledge of all public area facilities and services in order to provide guests and residents with accurate information if required.

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service—someone who instinctively notices the little things, like a curtain that needs straightening or a bedsheet that could be smoother. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a thoughtful, considerate nature. Our most successful Turndown Attendants are those who go beyond the expected, finding small, often unexpected ways to delight our guests and enhance their stay. **Please note: this is a part time role, 20 hours per week**
