**About the Role**:
As an **Alcohol Recovery Coordinator**, you will play a vital role in supporting people on their recovery journey. Your work will focus on helping individuals to build resilience, reduce alcohol-related harm, and achieve long-term recovery. You will:
- Carry out assessments of need, including current use, history, health, and social situation.- Develop personalised recovery plans in collaboration with service users.- Deliver one-to-one and group alcohol-specific interventions.- Run recovery pods and community groups to support people at different stages of their journey.- Provide outreach to individuals, including those engaged in street drinking, supporting them to connect with treatment.- Work closely with local agencies and partners to build effective care pathways.- Promote safer choices, peer support and lasting recovery.

**Location: Coventry**
**Hours**:Full time, 37.5 per week
**Full Time Salary Range**:£27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (dependent on experience)
- **Please note**:Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

- Has experience of working with people affected by alcohol or substance use.- Can manage challenging situations with empathy, professionalism and respect.- Is confident building trust and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.- Understands safeguarding and how to support vulnerable adults.- Is organised, proactive and reflective in their practice.- Brings a people-first approach, values inclusion and embraces continuous learning.
