**Financial Planner**

Are you currently working as a Qualified Paraplanner and wanting to move into providing advice, or are you a newly qualified advisor looking to prove yourself?

If so, we are interested in meeting talented individuals to join our growing Wealth Management team, based in Central Manchester.

You should be qualified to level 4 CII (or equivalent), have strong interpersonal skills with some client facing experience, and be looking to develop these attributes in a supportive, learning environment.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience & Qualifications_:

- 2+ years of experience in the role of being a Paraplanner/Trainee Adviser.
- Diploma Qualified (Level 4 minimum).
- Demonstrable client facing experience.
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of service.
- Strong knowledge of Pensions.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills

**The Role**
- Receive dedicated training and support to evolve into a proficient adviser, encompassing both technical expertise and essential soft skills.
- Be able to successfully onboard clients, who will be provided to you.
- Gather accurate and comprehensive client information, before formulating recommendations.
- Address client queries in an efficient and timely manner.
- Consistently uphold a commitment to delivering sound and suitable recommendations.
- Ensure timely provision of pertinent documentation.
- Engage in prospecting and connecting with potential clients, in alignment with the firm's strategic business plan.
- Uphold the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) to guarantee equitable treatment of clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
- Accurately record and uphold relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

**Salary**: £35,920.13-£82,408.98 per year
