Here at the AA, our insurance department are recruiting a range of Claims Handlers across multiple teams including Recovery, Interventions, Fault and Liability. Our Claims Advisors put our customers at the heart of what we do by providing them an exceptional level of service, and are fundamental to the growth of the AA as they ensure professional and efficient management of all claims from cradle to grave
**What will I be doing?**:
You’ll have the opportunity to work autonomously, ensuring each claim is proactively managed. Keeping our customers updated your role will be to manage their expectations and provide an outstanding customer journey until the claim is successfully finalised.
**What do I need?**:
- Experience working within a customer facing role within the motor claims insurance industry is desirable
- Self
- motivated
- Target driven
- Empathetic, assertive and diplomatic with customers
- Resilience
