**About the Role**

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager specialising in direct products and services to join our growing Butlin’s Team.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, this role will lead the development, implementation, and execution of our procurement approach for all activity across Butlin’s direct categories, which includes Food and Beverage, consumables, retail, entertainmentand leisure.

Playing a pivotal role in EBITDA contribution, you will work closely with leaders from across the business to establish need, drive category sourcing strategies and maximise commercial value. Alongside this, you will manage our commercial relationships withsuppliers across categories, ensuring that contracts and services continue to deliver the best value and standards for Butlin’s in these fast moving markets.

With a keen eye for continuous improvement, you will also be accountable for identifying and executing new opportunities within our supply base. This may also involve tender processes where necessary.

**About You**

We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with considerable experience and expertise in executing sourcing and procurement strategies that return substantial and sustainable value.

You will have solid experience from previous roles in category management in F&B and a variety of other direct products and services.

Communication is key in this role, and you should therefore be a strong communicator and negotiator, with the ability to develop great working relationships with both internal leaders and external suppliers. You should also have strong analytical skillswith the ability to manipulate and interpret data and build reports to share with stakeholders where necessary.
A CIPS qualification would be considered advantageous. However, this isn’t essential. What we’re more interested in is your mindset, approach and ability to truly get stuck in.
