Are you someone who is looking for a varied role?

At Saint Gobain Performance Plastics we are looking for an Export Administrator to exceed the requirements of internal and external customers by the provision of first-class customer service. To prepare products and facilitate shipping.

This Export Administrator will be part of the logistics team which is responsible for the warehouse and export operations
- this role offers a great opportunity to work in an exciting and varied role. It will be split 50% between both the office and warehouse. Standard working hours are Monday-Friday 08:30am-5pm however we are open to some flexibility on this.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience of working in exports or logistics
- Strong English and Maths skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of the logistics industry and previous experience dealing with carriers
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems - QAD is highly advantageous
- Understanding of CPC codes for Exporting Goods

**What you will be doing**:

- Creating and processing Export documentation, Invoices & delivery notes
- Booking collections with carriers using their online portals
- Processing of Orders
- Loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Dealing with carriers such as DHL, KNN, DB Schenker, TNT, Fedex and UPS.
- Ensure orders and shipments are processed in a timely manner.
