**What would your role at We Are Digital look like?**
Take a lead in quality control, team training and development of the delivery partners and community; while line managing the Community Partnership Administrators. The team leader will assist the Community Partnership Manager with escalations and network queries, supporting the administrators with day-to-day tasks and looking for areas to continuously improve Network health.

**What are we looking for**
Experience of line managing or leading a team in an administrative role. You will possess excellent communication skills to maintain positive training delivery partner relationships and communication. A training background is desirable as you will be responsible for the training of new delivery partners as they are added to the training network. We are seeking a team leader who will is able to motivate the team to ensure contract targets are met or exceeded and be responsible for periodic quality assurance reviews of centres & trainers to ensure the training delivery is of the expected standards.
