**What is the job?**

This is a crucial role within a dynamic and fast paced environment. The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Member Experience Manager in all aspects of the front desk operation, to ensure superior service and product quality are maintained to required standards. To maximise team performance to deliver excellent customer care to all customers. You will also act as Duty
Manager in the absence of the Club Manager & HOD’s, or as required by your rota.

**Your day to day**
- Have full awareness of the operations of the gym and set up action plans to ensure that the

Front Office team follow through on these standards on a daily basis
- Manage customer details sensitively and in accordance with GDPR
- Ensure the department meets all sales and financial targets set by the Club Manager
- Support the management team to keep secure, rotate and manage club stock.
- Produce daily/weekly reports relating to Front of House business
- Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company policy
- Support the team and contribute towards membership sales targets in club
- Responsible for ensuring that there is a high standard of public relations with all customers, dealing with complaints or compliments and reporting them to the Club Manager
- Handle all customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure your team have current knowledge of gym products, services, pricing and policies
- Staff training (induction, health and safety, security, technical and behavioural)
- Be able to perform Duty Management shifts, ensuring that all departments are fully staffed in accordance with daily/weekly business levels
- Ensuring clear and straightforward communication is maintained through the Front of House and all other departments

**What we need from you**
We are looking for a creative team player with the ability to work well with fellow colleagues and who meets the following criteria:
**Essential**:

- Experience working in Front of House/ /Reception
- Experienced in a high standard customer service, customer facing role
- A passion for fitness and helping others work towards goals.

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in Front of House in a gym
- Qualified in First Aid
- Qualified in Pool Operations
- Experience of being a key holder for the gym.
