Production Operatives

Due to an increase in business, we are searching for attentive, manufacturing operatives to join our team to assist in the creation of products from start to finish.

To be successful, you should be able to engage in physical activity for extended periods of time, with the ultimate goal of facilitating our company's growth.

**Key responsibilities may include**:

- Preparation of raw materials
- Product assembly
- Inspecting each completed item to ensure that it has been constructed accurately
- Operate various machines - the appropriate training will be provided
- Packing of the finished products for onward delivery
- Wearing the required uniform and taking necessary precautions to remain safe in the workplace

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a production environment will be advantageous
- Proficient using hand tools
- Excellent teamwork
- Attention to detail
- Good arithmetic skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship
- Physical fitness, including ease of movement

**Benefits**:

- 25 days annual leave + UK statutory bank holidays
- Early finish on a Friday
