Mitchell & Cooper manufacture and assemble small mechanical commercial catering and bar equipment appliances, which are sold globally.

This successful and expanding company is looking to recruit a factory assembly operator, to join the existing cell teams in a nice Sussex location with a pleasant working environment.

Working hours (Monday to Friday) are 08:15 to 17:00, 45-minute lunch break. 21 days annual holiday, plus statutory bank holidays and after one years’ service, an extra day off for their Birthday plus Life Assurance and Private Medical insurance benefits. The company also holds an annual away-day, Social events and Christmas Party. Refreshments and weekly fresh fruit is provided for all employees.

Experience of light mechanical assembly with dexterity in a high-volume factory is a distinct advantage.

Salary is: £19,760
