Our products are at the heart of our business and player experience. This critical role will design and iterate the core economy before and more importantly after launch. As a senior economy systems designer, you will work to with the development and business teams to create and maintain a balanced and compelling economy to engaging players and meet our financial goals.

**Key Duties**:
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- Design and manage the in-game economy, including currency, resource management, and trading systems.
- Collaborate with the game design team to ensure that the economy enhances the overall gameplay experience.
- Develop at both a microeconomic (individual player) and macroeconomic (global game economy) level.
- Analyse player data and feedback to identify areas of improvement for the economy.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for in-game items and currency.
- Create and maintain documentation related to the economy, including rules and guidelines for players.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to game economies.

**Your Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in game design, with a focus on economy design.
- Deep understanding of the principles of game economies and the ability to create engaging and balanced systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret player data and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with economy modelling tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of Free-to-Play game mechanics and monetization strategies.
- Passion for games and a desire to create engaging and immersive experiences for players.
