Our client is a leading shipping company specialising in sea, road and air freight services to clients across Europe. They are seeking an Imports Co-Ordinator to join their growing operation.

THE ROLE:
The role involves, but is not limited to:
Organizing bookings, following up on enquiries and logging all communications on the internal system

Daily customer service and administrative duties

Liaising with the wider company as well as external customer and clients

Preparing, distributing and following up invoices

Assisting the wider team with daily tasks.

THE CANDIDATE:
Be confident and work well in a team

Have initiative to carry out daily duties and prioritise them accordingly.

Have great customer service skills

Deliver a high level of service to everyone they cross paths with

Have strong IT skills
