**Role Summary & Description**

You will work closely with the product, design, and development teams to bring products to market online in the most compelling way possible. You will have experience of working in a retail company with a strong digital presence, and you must have an eye for aesthetics and design to deliver an elegant and pleasing experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing promotional content on the website
- Creating promotional content wireframes for the designers
- Creating wireframes for bespoke website landing pages
- Ensuring that website photography is optimal.
- Managing the content and categories on the website
- Conducting content reviews of the website
- Analysis and research to find areas for website improvement.
- Building and optimizing customer facing pages on the site which are clear and easy for customers to use.
- A/B testing to ensure we are providing the optimum experience for our users*
- Liaising with Brand, Purchasing and Web team to ensure smooth and seamless communication and coordination or campaigns

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in an Ecommerce, direct-to-consumer context
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Must be a proven team player, able to work with different personality types
- Must be commercially driven, comfortable working to sales targets
- Should understand the visual merchandising process
- Should have experience of A/B testing on live websites
- Should have experience in using a CMS (WordPress, Magento, Shopify etc)
- Should have experience in using some sort of web analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEM Rush etc)
