We're working with a fantastic client who’s expanding into Plymouth and looking for a Trainee Sales Assistant to join their growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who loves meeting new people and wants to earn while they learn, and are excited to kick-start a career in sales.

**About the Role**:
As a Trainee Sales Assistant, you’ll be representing a client and their brands in face-to-face sales campaigns, engaging with potential customers in a variety of locations - from lively events to stores and shopping areas. You’ll promote well-known products and services, build real relationships, and help customers make informed choices.

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Engaging with customers in person, sharing the benefits of the client’s products and services.
- Creating positive customer experiences that lead to successful sales.
- Working towards achievable sales targets with support and motivation from the team.
- Adapting your approach to suit different locations and customer groups.
- Collaborating with a supportive team while also thriving when working independently.
- Sharing valuable feedback from the ground to help improve campaigns.
