Being a Creative at OVO means you get to flex your creative muscles in so many ways. Whether you’re fine-tuning our brand guidelines, bringing our latest products to life, adding excitement to our partnerships, or making our emails sing. We turn our hands to all sorts - from storyboarding animation to scriptwriting. But first and foremost, we’re passionate about making every touchpoint deliver - whether that’s the smallest detail or a big showstopper of a project. What will I be doing? You will be writing engaging and on-brand creative copy for all brands within the OVO Group (with a focus on OVO Energy). You will be required to maintain a consistent brand voice for OVO Energy - making suggestions for improvements/tweaks to our style guides as you go as well as promoting the Copy Team throughout the business by producing the very best work you can. Help to champion our members by producing clear, concise communications that put them first. Key responsibilities include: Write original, empathetic copy for OVO Group brands - focussing on OVO Energy. Pair with designers on key briefs, making sure our words and visuals work in perfect harmony, side by side. Create high quality copy to tight deadlines and across multiple channels. Show passion and high standards towards all briefs, large or small, whether it’s business as usual, campaigns, or digital content. Whatever lands on your tray, we want you to feel excited by it Be a proud brand guardian, internally and externally. Proofread and edit existing copy (yours and others). Work closely with the Lead Copy Editor and the rest of the Creative Team to champion the role of tone of voice and creative work within OVO.
