Our client suffered a brain injury following a road traffic accident a couple of years ago. From this they struggle to remember simple things and will often need help with being reminded to take medication as well as support with personal care. Our client is now also using a PEG for food, liquid and medication.

Due to the accident they struggle to speak English so for this role you MUST speak Turkish.

**Working Hours**:
Ideally we are looking for someone to cover 1 shift per week and then also act as bank staff. The shift will be 1 x 12 hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with personalised routines.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Aiding with accessing community.
- Meal and food preparation.
- Working with PEG
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
- Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in complex care and PEG
- Speak Turkish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.

**Training & Background Checks**:
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
