**Job description**

Full time, 37.5 hours over 5 days a week. Hours can be flexible by week, but must include Saturday or Sunday.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is experienced in hospitality management and has a great skill for building strong relationships with customers and staff as well as business and organizational skills.

Main purpose of the role - be part of the team and deliver valuable service. As member of a team you will be providing hot and cold beverages, breakfasts ( porridge, granola, toast ) and lunches ( soup, sandwiches ) and of course, making sure that our irresistible cakes and brownies take centre stage.

Full training will be provided.

General responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Exceptionally high standard of customer service
- To follow Love Bristol Café & Bar operational policies and procedures
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks ( coffee, tea, alcohol beverages )
- Preparing and serving our food menu
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas, equipment
- Adherence to food safety procedures at all times
- Cleaning service
- Receiving and distributing stock suppliers
- Receiving and processing customer payments
- Ensure a clean and tidy environment at all times
- Be well organised and motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Organisation skills and attention to detail
- Have ability to identify and complete tasks to a high quality without direct supervision
- Be positive and present good communicative skills.
- Team player and be approachable

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
