London, United Kingdom NSPCC Full time

The NSPCC’s corporate volunteering programme is growing, and we’re looking for a new **Corporate Volunteering Officer** to join our small yet ambitious team.

Our corporate volunteering programme seeks to maximise the success of our partnerships through delivering engaging volunteering activity for employees of the companies that support us. The team are responsible for driving all aspects of corporate volunteering, from opportunity creation and recruitment to delivery, ongoing stewardship and reporting.

As **Corporate Volunteering Officer**, you’ll lead on delivering our existing volunteering opportunities and play a key role in the innovation and testing of new activities. A hugely varied role, the successful applicant will work with a wide range of companies that support the NSPCC - so it’s a great opportunity to utilise your communication and influencing skills. You’ll also get to work with colleagues from across the NSPCC to identify areas where corporate volunteering could support us to achieve our objectives.

This is an opportunity to make a difference to children’s lives, but we also offer a great working environment, being part of a friendly and supportive team, and offering stimulating and challenging work, with plenty of development opportunities. We offer a variety of rewards and benefits including generous annual leave, employee benefits and assistance programme, pension and life assurance schemes.

**Equality, Diversity & Inclusion**

At the NSPCC, everything we do is to protect children and prevent abuse. That’s why our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) is so important. We can only be here for every child if we meaningfully include and champion diversity in our staff, volunteers, supporters, partners and service users. Our lived experience networks are here to support and represent our staff and bring together allies. Read our action plan for the next 3 years to see how we're making the NSPCC more inclusive and equal.
