Telecare is a niche yet rewarding market, and if you have a background is SaaS sales selling into Local authorities then it is a good transition into Telecare. I am looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join a sales team to help build and develop long-term strategic partnerships within a defined number of key clients to drive sales revenues and ensure that the business maintains their positionedfor continued long-term growth within these accounts. In this role you’ll be developing and nurturing relationships with the customers’ group of key C-Level stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers to ensure act as a key strategic partner for the clients’ provision of digital transformation technologies. **The Role**: It goes without saying that you’ll be the key contact for clients by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships through C-Level stakeholder engagement driving customer satisfaction. You’ll also need to ensure you the CRM is kept upto date with accurate forecasting of sales. You’ll also be: - Developing new business, cross-selling and upselling within the client portfolio and identify new business opportunities in the wider environment - Working with the Sales team and Customer Success Team to onboard and integrate new clients - Positioning yourself as the digital transformation ‘guru’ at Senior Stakeholder level - Attending customer-specific and industry-related events nationwide to promote the business whilst driving new business - Providing input into the Product Development Team to feedback product and service innovation requirements which drives their long-term product roadmap to ensure customer longevity - Organise and attend innovation workshops. All of the above will help ensure that the business are considered as the long-term strategic partner of choice within their market. **The Sales environment is driven on KPI's, so its important to understand what is expected. The KPI’s for the role are**: - Serve as the point of contact for all customer account matters Achieve Sales Revenues vs Target - 100% - Increase deployment rate of devices > 25% of referrals with existing clients - A clear pipeline of opportunities tracked and progressing to close. Pipeline supports achieving the target of sales, including likely losses/gone aways. - Year-on-year increase in sales revenue. - Reduced time to client ordering at regular run-rate. - Customer Satisfaction - No complaints. Customer retention - **What you’ll bring to the team**: 3 - 5 years of sales experience within the Telecare sector with a sound knowledge of SaaS platforms, IoT, data management and analytics and proven experience in developing and nurturing relationships with key C-Level stakeholders, influencers and decision-makers.This is a strategic sales role, so we are looking for someone who has a strong background in managing, retaining and developing a small number of Key/Strategic Accounts as well as a proven ability with end-to-end strategic account management including planning,forecasting, process management, project management, delivery - Strong understanding of current and future market challenges and drivers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills across the influencer and decision-maker spectrum - Ability to listen, communicate and present at C-Level - Excellent time and project management skill - Self-motivated and results-driven - Problem solving skills - Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines, ability to plan **The Benefits** - Salary up to £45K basic with £65K OTE - There is free on-site parking - Anon-site café - Subsidised gym membership in the on site gym - Holidays raising up to 25 days per annum with continued service - Holiday bonus scheme available (1 weeks extra pay) **Please note **that a DBS clearance check will be carried out in the first month of employment as the role involves dealing with vulnerable customers.
