Team Leader - Subsidence
An exciting opportunity is available to join our busy Subsidence team, supporting colleagues and helping them to develop and deliver superb customer service.
As a Team Leader you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team, including being a focal point for enquires, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, driving colleague engagement and team performance, so we're looking for an enthusiastic leader able to motivate and support colleagues as well as train, develop and appraise them.
The role also provides the opportunity to continue your own technical development, as you'll manage a portfolio of High Net worth and Commercial subsidence claims, and assist and deputise for the Customer Service Manager as necessary.
We are looking for:
- An experienced team leader from a customer service office environment
- You must be organised, diligent and be able to manage your own portfolio of claims to high standard - previous claims handling experience is desired but not essential
- You will need to be a leader, able to manage the team but also model the behaviours required to deliver excellence
- Conscientious and hard working to achieve and exceed the required results, as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to undertake professional qualifications to support your development
- Able to cope with fast changing working environment
- A desire to embrace innovative working practices.
