Our traditional pub, complete with a bustling restaurant, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time Bar Staff, with opportunities to also work as Waiting Staff in our restaurant. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
**Bar Staff**:

- Welcome customers and provide attentive service at the bar.
- Take drink orders accurately and prepare beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Process cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Engage with customers, offering recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Waiting Staff**:

- Greet and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus and describe menu items, including specials and promotions.
- Take food orders promptly and accurately, communicating them to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to service standards.
- Anticipate and address guests' needs throughout their dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

**Job Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Salary**: Competitive, based on experience
- **Expected Hours**: 35 - 40 per week.
