**Weekend Host (Maternity Cover) - Marshall Toyota Canterbury**: Job description Represent a leading Automotive brand whilst working for Automotive Management "**Dealer Group of the Year**" 2021 and be the face of our Toyota dealership in Canterbury. **The Role** We are seeking a Weekend Dealership Host to join Marshall Motor Group’s Toyota dealership in Canterbury on Saturdays and Sundays. This role will see you act as the face and voice of Toyota, greeting sales and service customers both face to face and by phone. Reporting to the Head of Business, this role is offered on a permanent basis, and provides the chance to work in a professional environment with the UK’s 12th **Great Place to Work®.** **Saturday 8.30am to 5pm** **Sunday 10.30am to 4.30pm** **Responsibilities** - Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member - Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team - Provide refreshments for dealership visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked - Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries - Assist with administrative tasks as required **Required Skills and Experience** To be successful, you will have previous experience as a Receptionist / Showroom Host within a professional environment (vehicle dealership experience preferred but not essential) and have intermediate IT skills.
