Senior SOC Analyst

Work With Aptitude are exclusively partnered with a major FTSE50 company, who are right at the beginning of a large global technology transformation.
As a Senior SOC Analyst the role holder will lead a team of security analysts. You will oversee, the mentoring and managing of less experienced security analysts with a goal to ensure that the global team is highly skilled, motivates and focused on the departmentsfunction. You will ensure that the security operations function continually improves and remains tuned to specific organisational threats along with operating an effective security toolset. You will be reporting into the Cyber Security Operations Lead.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 years' experience working within a SOC team
- Previous Team Lead and/or Senior SOC Analyst experience
- Previous proven ability to lead and develop a team of less experienced security analysts
- Expert knowledge of Security Incident & Event Management solutions (SIEM)
- Knowledge of EDR solutions
- ServiceNow experience desirable
- Cloud security skills preferable
