**Your role as Social Media Strategist
In this role you’ll be working with a client who needs no introduction. Loved by children and grown up’s alike, they are a truly global brand with an incredible reputation.

As the Social Media Strategist, you will be an experienced creative strategist who understands and keeps pace with all social platforms, culture and communities to generate creative briefs. As Social Media Strategist you will always looks for unique opportunities to build, grow and own the brand conversation.

**Requirement**: Vastly experienced in working with brands developing effective Strategies for Social Media.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Research, plan, write and present social strategies, big and small
- You should be an expert on the platforms and what they offer
- Be able to translate above the line campaigns into social briefs
- Be equally comfortable with paid, owned and earned media through the platforms
- Be familiar with common listening and analytics tools such as Net base, Pulsar, Social Bakers, Google Trends, Google Analytics to glean data and insights
- Determine the role for social and glean insights to guide channel management decisions such as: channel and influencer strategies and objectives, executional channels and ecosystems
- Bring strategic thinking and brand understanding to shape client briefs
- Help unpack ideas across all digital channels / media
- Define and oversee measurement processed using existing tools, setting KPIs etc
- Liaise with clients on day-to-day program management as required
- Articulate and present key themes and insights in occasional client presentations
- Help frame social ideas, so client understands and buys the concepts
- Stays abreast of latest platform updates, trends, and competitive activity in the social space
