A large school in Batley are seeking a teaching assistant to support a child with special educational needs in their Reception class. This role is to start ASAP on a long term basis.

The successful applicant will:
- Have a calm, caring and flexible approach
- Have previous experience of working in a school (desirable)
- Be able to work as part of a team, working closely with the Class Teacher
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to use their initiative to adapt activities to meet the needs of the students
- Be self-motivated
