We are looking for Customer Service Advisors in our Walsall Office to be part of a dedicated team that works together to provide excellent customer service. You will be a key part of the Tuffnells team and play a huge part in our growth and success. This role is about more than just customer service, it is about putting our customers at the heart of what we do every day.

This role is working 37.5 hours per week **Monday - Friday.**

**You will need to**
- Ideally have some previous experience working in customer service
- Have telephone/call centre experience
- Be motivated and passionate and have a strong track record of delivering great customer service
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to work as a team to help Tuffnells succeed
- Demonstrate excellent communication both verbally and written
- Have the ability to build effective customer relationships to strengthen connections and understand requirements to support retention
