**Interim R2R Lead - Shared Services Transition - Private Equity**

**Job Type**:6-month contract + extension

**Location**: Remote working + travel (expensed)

**Salary**: Negotiable day rate

Our client is currently on the lookout for an experience R2R workstream lead to work with a private equity backed client, to assist the Finance Transformation Lead and the Head of SSC to transition R2R processes into a Shared service centre.

This is an inflight transition that needs an experienced finance R2R expert to come onboard and manage the R2R remediation & transition activity.

**Key Experience & Skills**
- Has previous experience of Transitioning R2R processes into a Shared service centre.
- Thorough understanding of the R2R environment and finance cyclical activities & dependencies.
- Able to assess current state R2R of activity in SSC, perform gap analysis, identify, and articulate the gap with a plan to fulfil.
- Able to perform discovery and Knowledge acquisition for future waves of transitions into SSC.
- Define process landscape, document processes where gaps exist.
- Champions a process-oriented approach to R2R activity and ensures adherence to finance policies and control framework.

**Role & Desired Experience**
- Worked with PMO and Head of R2R to structure transition and remediation plans.
- Has worked in high pressure environments & managed challenging stakeholders.
- Has worked with global finance & transition teams (R2R,O2C) and can take direction from the transformation lead and Head of SSC.
- Has experience of defining global processes, validating against policy, writing SOP documentation, and ensuring alignment with systems manuals.
- Understanding of R2R and O2C processes.
- Good understanding of FC roles or having worked as one.

**Desirable**
- Experienced working within the manufacturing industry
