The commercial division at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This opportunity will be joining a great business, who have a strong presence across the UK and have an opportunity live due to internal promotions.
As a Sales Support / Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customer accounts, whilst being the first point of contact to handle internal enquiries.
Your daily responsibilities will consist of:
- Sourcing and providing market leading quotations - negotiating terms and prices with customers and suppliers.
- Raising and processing purchase orders.
- Providing technical advice on products and services.
- Ensuring accurate pricing of products is maintained accurately updated.
- Liaising with production teams to ensure the correct levels of stock are maintained.
- Maintaining accurate customer and product records on Excel.
- Ensuring customer account targets are achieved through continuously reviewing SLA's, budget and account performance.
Additional transferrable skills you will be required to have is:
- Strong organisation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Performance and target driven.
- Able to build strong product and service knowledge.
