**Senior 3D Designer - Retail Display (Luxury and Fashion )**

**Location: East London**

My client is looking to hire a talented** Senior 3D Designer **to join their world-class design team, to create show-stopping storytelling. They work with brands to create extraordinary, **inspiring and exciting pop ups, window displays and immersive experiences. From initial concepts, to the finishing touches of installation, they ensure to make every detail count.**

**The Role**:
Looking for a highly creative and experienced **3D Designer **with the ability to produce high-quality work. Experience working in the **Luxury and Fashion sectors is essential**. Demonstrated experience and understanding of good taste, quality and attention to detail, with strong experience in presenting in-house or to clients with clarity and professionalism.

Reporting to the Associate Design Director, you will be joining a medium-sized design team in a vibrant, exciting and creative environment. Working cross-departmentally you will champion your creativity from design through to production and installation.

**Ideal Experience**:

- 5+ years of 3D design experience in an agency or for a luxury/fashion brand. This would ideally include experience in a retail design team, meaning knowledge and experience of all things to do with **creative retail; window displays, pop-up shops, events and activations**:

- A keen creative eye, with the skills to generate storytelling concepts to help reinforce brand messages and sell specific products

**Skills**:

- Share engaging concepts through mood boards and as quick sketch ideas in response to a client brief, to clearly articulate a vision
- Confidently presenting to peers, management and clients, with a talent for storytelling through brilliant design
- Ability to conceive and design meaningful experiences that communicate a brand message or narrative in their style

**3D Visualisation Skills**:

- Expert knowledge of **Sketchup & Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator**:

- Good knowledge of **rendering software (ideally V Ray)**:

- Good knowledge of 3D Modelling software would be beneficial eg. C4D / Rhino

**Ideas to reality**:

- Ability to create a thorough, clear and complete handover of design elements to production
- Collaborating with their internal technical team, project managers and production team to deliver fully resolved designs
- Able to confidently brief, review and approve technical designs that meet the creative requirements.
- Producing dimensioned specification packs showing design intent, to handover to the technical design team
- An understanding of a range of materials, fabrication and assembly processes

**Planning & Organisation**:

- Ownership of smaller projects
- Ability to create and execute a clear plan of how best to approach complex design projects
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects
- Ability to assess appropriate resources required to deliver a design project

**Management & Leadership Skills**:

- Being the lead on key projects - as a specialist to support cross-department collaboration
- Mentoring & management of more junior team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a real ‘people’ person

**Location**:They currently work a hybrid model; 3 days a week from their East London studio and 2 flexible days.

**Working Hours**: Their normal working hours are 9am - 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.
