Delivering excellence as a Deputy Team Leader:
We currently have an exciting role for an experienced Administrator or Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Payroll team based in Belfast.
Within this role you will provide pro-active administration support within the NICS Payroll teams. Ensuring that all activity is managed in line with the SLA targets and the work produced is 100% accurate.
You will work alongside the Team Leader as a first point of contact for administrators within the function and provide that extra level of assistance.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- To support the Team Leader in handling escalations from team members
- To delegate/assign work to administrators.
- To support the checking processes required as part of the payroll cycles including the quality checking of the administrators work.
- To support and carry out prescribed activities associated with the running of client payrolls.
- To conduct call QA for the administrators
- To assist Team Leader with investigations and responses to complaints
- Answering and responding to queries from Team Leaders, Payroll Managers, Service Management and other internal departments as required.
- Issue CPA’s to staff including the provision of relevant feedback on performance if required
- Deputise for Team Leader in their absence.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Experience of working to achieve service level agreements and key performance indicators within a contact centre or similar environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven administrative or customer management experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a busy environment whilst managing own workload
- Excellent team working skills
- Experience of either supervising or leading a team in a Shared Service Centre or similar environment is desirable
