We are looking for experienced individuals who have an interest in supporting children and young people with challenging and emotional needs. You will be enthusiastic, driven and determined to enrich the lives of the young people you will be working withand will be passionate about making a positive impact on the children and young people you are supporting. You will be comfortable leading a team to ensure the needs of the individuals you are supporting always comes first
In order to be considered for this role
- You will have a QCF level 3 in health and social care (Children and young people's)
- You will have a flexible approach to working hours
- You will have a full drivers license (manual)
- A clear DBS
- A background of working with children, young adults or in a similarly challenging role
- You will be 21 or over
