We have an exciting new role at Splendid Communications and we're currently looking for a Social Senior Account Executive to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Digest daily national, lifestyle and industry/sector news and online/social content and innovations and report to teams on points of interest for clients and competitors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of content performance and draft/contribute to monthly social performance reports
- Attend brainstorms and come up with new ideas for social media activations and content ideas
- Draft accurate, well-written and create copy and concepts for a variety of types of content
- Community management of client social media pages/profiles and draft responses to posts in a timely fashion
- Build and maintain client influencer lists across different publications and social channels
- Set up and attend internal meetings, ensure folders and reporting are kept up to date and log your time accurately
- Update weekly status reports and take meeting minutes/actions where required by your team
- Attend client calls or meetings if required to by your team
- Attend training sessions you are invited to as part of your professional development
- Supporting in the development of photography briefs, shot lists and prop lists for shoots, and help source relevant props

**Experience**:

- Experience in social media / digital content and campaigns up to Senior Account Exec level (you may be looking for a step up from Account Executive level)
- Be passionate about and have a clear understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Previous experience working on consumer brands
- Experience using social listening platforms and pulling data for reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Solid time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and stay calm and focused
- Can-do attitude and motivated to work hard
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong team-working skills, resilience, tenacity and a sense of humour
- A creative flair and ability to come up with new ideas
- A real passion for brands in the consumer space and content that can travel from PR news generation through the digital and social media space
- Have a keen interest in all things PR, marketing and content
- An interest in everything relating to culture, food and drink, art and music
