**ROLE OVERVIEW**

As a Merchandiser for Boyden Tiles, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products are effectively displayed across our network of showrooms and external third-party retail showrooms. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining attractive, up-to-date tile displays, refreshing stands, and ensuring boards are fully stocked and visually appealing. This position involves working closely with the sales team to coordinate merchandising efforts, while traveling to various locations within the South East region. A company van and all necessary tools will be provided.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and maintain tile displays in external third-party retail showrooms and Boyden Tiles' four own showrooms.
- Install, refresh, and update display stands and boards to ensure they showcase current product offerings.
- Work alongside the sales team to coordinate merchandising schedules and ensure timely updates to displays.
- Ensure displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase the quality and variety of Boyden Tiles products.
- Perform regular checks to maintain the appearance and organization of stands and ensure they meet brand standards.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management on display trends, product performance, and customer reactions.
- Travel across the South East region to complete merchandising assignments as needed.
- Maintain inventory of display materials and tools, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of visual design.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with the sales team and other departments.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
- Capability to lift heavy objects will be necessary.
