**Graduate Trainee Sales Executive** **Location**:Telford, Shropshire **Salary**:£20k - £25k DOE **Contract**:Full time, Permanent **Hours**:Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (Occasional Saturday mornings) **We are Besblock Limited, we are recruiting and we want you** We are a leading employer and supplier of building blocks to the housing industry, merchants and commercial construction projects throughout the Midlands and wider regions Family owned, we have been operating since 1972 and have over 60 employees. We are a tight knit environment and in recent years have seen considerable expansion. We believe in our people and ensuring that we are continually striving to improve our impact on the environment, in terms of energy, raw material usage and recycling. We are now recruiting for a Graduate Trainee Sales Executive to work as part of an already established team. **Graduate Trainee Sales Executive - The role**: Working closely with other members of the team, you will learn on the job; understanding how the company meets needs of the customer and how the department relates to and interacts with the other aspects of the Company operation **In addition to this you will be responsible for**: - Developing sales and associated technical skills, whilst developing strong customer relationships. - Working closely with all departments - Answering incoming telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. - Maintaining a clean working environment. - Ensuring compliance with our Integrated Management System **In order to be successful in this role you must**: - Hold a driving license - Have a Proven ability to communicate at all levels - Ideally with a business or engineering degree or limited work experience - Be IT literate - Be Analytical and logical thinking **If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role click on "APPLY" today, forwarding an up to date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instance.** No agencies please.
