**About the role..**
- Handling inbound calls from people who are moving house or want to change/cancel or upgrade their contract
- Having in-depth chats with customers to find out their needs
- Problem solving and going the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service
- Processing customer orders and update customer accounts with relevant detail
