Fish Fryer

Duties include:
- Food cooking and preparation including
- cutting fish
- making batter
- oil management
- cooking fish, chips and other menu items
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety
- Stock control - including stock rotation and ordering
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Understanding all aspects of the business both back and front of house.
- Undertake all training given both internal and external
- Following the Harbourside operations manual to the letter
